INDOOR BIKE TRAINER WORKOUT: SPRINT INTERVALS

Get out the self-doubt and prepare you to sprint all out with this 30-minute trainer session. With full efforts and minimal recovery, these maximal efforts are for quick sprint gains in your training.

Before you get started be sure to grab a towel for sweat, something to protect your bike – like another towel or our sweat guard, and at least one bottle of water to keep near-by.
