Description

The Shimano MTB powermeter is the ideal solution for the Shimano MTB Direct Mount cranksets and a 1x-setup.

Compatible cranksets are i.e. M9100, MT900, M8100, M7100 and M6100. The power meter can be used for boost and standard chainline setups. We recommend using a Shimano 12-speed compatible chainring like the WolfTooth or Raceface chainrings.

There are two options available to choose from, either the power2max NG unit, or the power2max NGeco unit (see specifications below for differences between the two models). 

power2max NG specifications: 

  • +/-1 % data accuracy
  • advanced power meter metrics
  • a rechargeable battery
  • data transmission via ANT+ and Bluetooth

power2max NGeco specifications: 

  • +/-2 % data accuracy
  • standard power meter metrics that can be upgraded
  • CR2450 battery
  • data transmission via ANT+ and Bluetooth
